West Texas Horny Toad on Sierra la Rana.
When the McLaughlins purchased land recently at Sierra La Rana they found something they hadn’t seen in quite some time. A Horned Toad or Horny Toad as we call them. It brought back some great memories for us all when we were walking out their land boundaries. I don’t think I’ve seen one with so much yellow on it, sure makes for good camouflage. Wayne took a great photo and I thought it would bring back some good memories for you as well. If you were raised in Texas you’ve caught a Horny Toad or two…if you weren’t, it’s not too late, come on down.
