The Ramada Inn in west Alpine closed last year and, in its place, the Quarter Circle 7 Hotel is taking shape. Chance and Katherine Sullivan Parker are doing a major upgrade of the hotel. Chance Parker’s family has been in the hotel business for many years, having developed the Sunday House chain of hotels. Katherine is in the fourth-generation of a cattle ranching family. The Quarter Circle 7 is the family’s brand.
She said the new property will have 59 fully renovated rooms and a large meeting room. A restaurant and beer and wine bar will come later, she said. Pricing of food service and rooms will be “competitive,” she said.
