Trans-Pecos Ultra is a self-supported, multi-stage ultra marathon set in the Chihuahuan Desert – the third largest desert in the Western Hemisphere. The 6-stage, 7 day course traverses 160 miles within Big Bend, a vast mountainous area of Texas that lies west of the Pecos River. The inaugural race takes place from October 18-24, 2015 and is an exclusive opportunity with entries for only 100 participants.
