Stay straight to go onto I-20 W

Turn Left onto TX-18 S

Turn Right onto I-10 W/US-67 S

Merge onto I-10 W/ US-67 S

Merge onto I-10 W via Exit 248 toward US-67 S/FM-1776/Alpine

Turn Left onto FM 1776/US-67. Continue to follow US-67S

US-67 S becomes E Ave E/TX-118 N/US-90W

Turn Right onto Hwy 118
