Brewster County on Monday dedicated a $160,000 tanker truck, and County Judge Eleazar Cano credited Energy Transfer Partners, Congressman Will Hurd, and USDA’s John Perkins for helping make it happen.
According to Cano, early last year, ETP, owner of the Trans-Pecos pipeline, gave the county a half-million dollar check with no strings attached except to use the money wisely.
